There are two ways to shop with Big L:

Come to Us
  • At home, take rough measurements of your windows and count how many you would like to replace. Sketches and photographs are also a great help.
  • Then come into our state of the art showroom and an experienced, trained "Windowsmith" will be happy to show you the many quality options available to you. Select the windows you would like, and in most cases, we can provide a preliminary showroom estimate while you wait.
  • With your approval, a Windowsmith will then make an appointment to come to your home to get exact measurements and provide you with a formal detailed proposal.
We Come to You
  • Call us and schedule an appointment at your home. A Windowsmith will come to your home, take careful measurements, and discuss the various window options available to you. We bring descriptive brochures and hand carried samples, and we can often provide you with a formal proposal while at your home.
  • You then have the option of making your purchase decision in the comfort of your home, or you can make arrangements to meet in our showroom for final selections.
