1. Product Knowledge. Our people must have the most comprehensive knowledge of our products, our features, our benefits, and our industry standards. Regular, systematic, and ongoing training is required for all Windowsmiths and is key to Big L's success.
   
   
2. Field Experience. Our people must have a minimum of 5 years experience installing windows and doors in most of the applications our customers will require. An ongoing job site visit schedule allows our salespeople to keep in touch with current techniques in installation, product performance, and customer fulfillment.
